I found a new site that has really helped me plan my meals!  It's myfridgefood.com   It's fantastic!  You click on what you have on hand and it come up with tons of recipes made with things you already have!  Loving it!!  So I will be trying out 3 new recipies this week from this site.  I still have to go grocery shopping to pick up a few things but at least I won't be wasting by ignoring food that I already have!

Monday : Chicken Quesidillas.  Unfortunately, my Valentine won't be here so it's just me and Baby Girl for Valentine's Day dinner.
Tuesday: Quick Chicken Mex
Wednesday: Easy sandwiches (It'll be a late day for me!)
Thursday: Apple Glazed Pork Chops
Friday: left overs/ CORN
Saturday: Tropical Kielbasa in the Crockpot
Sunday:  My mother in law will be here.  I think we'll go out :)

Hi Nicole, I was listening to a Czech worship song this morning and working on a blog post related to that and as I finished I found myself thinking of you. I came here wondering if you'd posted anything recently and realized that your last post (this one) was the day before your dad died. I'm sure it must make you sad to look back at this post and this week of planning and remember that nothing turned out the way you'd expected or wanted. I'm so sorry. I know people often say it gets easier with time - and while there's perhaps some truth to that - I know that the love you feel for your dad and the fact that you miss him will never change. At moments when you least expect it or on those special days (birthdays, Father's day, etc.) when you know to expect it, you'll be reminded of him over and over... and of how much you love and miss him.

I hope it's okay that I commented here, but I wanted you to know that are loved, thought of, and prayed for today.

Psalm 62:8 is my favorite verse - and one of the ones I was thinking on this morning - "Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us."

And some of the others from this morning that might be an encouragement to you... Ps. 25:4-5, 27:4-5, 46:1-3, 46:10-11, Ps.61:2-4
